I'm be perfectly honest, I don't know much about this guy. I've only seen him in one of the tie ins to 52 where he tried to stop Black Adam. I think he ran with the titans for a bit. I'm much more familiar with regular, fully grown, Frankenstein. He's in the current ongoing "Frankenstein, Agent of S.H.A.D.E." which is one of my favourite new titles from the dcnu and one which really surprised me. It's full of high concept ideas and it full of the style and call backs to old horror, monster, sci fi and B movies that I love.
